Shipping policy

We ship all orders within Namibia only. Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly, safely, and affordably as possible.

Local Delivery (Windhoek Only)

For our customers based in Windhoek, we offer a premium local delivery service.

Cost: FREE
Delivery Time: Usually delivered within 24 hours of your order.
How it works: If your delivery address is within the Windhoek area, the "Local Delivery" option will automatically appear as a choice during checkout.

National Shipping (Outside Windhoek)

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. The shipping fee will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Note: For very large or heavy orders over 30 kg, we will contact you to arrange specialised delivery and confirm the final shipping cost.

Items Not Available for Shipping

Certain products are too large or fragile for courier delivery and are available for local pickup only in Windhoek.

Examples include (but are not limited to):

Long NFT channels (e.g. 1 m, 2 m, 2.5 m lengths)
Assembled hydroponic systems that exceed normal parcel size limits
Large water tanks

Pickup-only items will be clearly marked on the product page. When purchasing such items, please choose the Local Pickup option at checkout.

Delivery & Processing Times

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Courier Delivery: Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 3–4 business days, depending on your location outside of Windhoek.
Tracking: You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Collection in Windhoek

You are welcome to collect your order from our trade warehouse in Prosperita.

Choose Local Pickup at checkout.
We will notify you by email or SMS as soon as your order is packed and ready.
Send us a WhatsApp on 081 294 7613 with your order number and we will agree a collection time.

How collection works. We are a working trade warehouse rather than a shop floor, so we do not keep set trading hours. Someone is often on site during the week and you are welcome to knock, but please message first so you are not driving out for nothing.
