We ship all orders within Namibia only.

Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly, safely, and affordably as possible.

Shipping Calculation

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. The shipping fee will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

30.01 - 50 kg	450 NAD
50.01 kg and above	shipping quote provided separately

For very large or heavy orders over 50 kg, we may contact you to arrange delivery and confirm the shipping cost.

Items Not Available for Shipping

Certain products are too large or fragile for courier delivery and are available for local pickup only in Windhoek.

Examples include (but are not limited to):

Long NFT channels (e.g. 1 m, 2 m, 2.5 m lengths)
Assembled hydroponic systems that exceed normal parcel size limits
Large water tanks

Pickup-only items will be clearly marked on the product page. When purchasing such items, please choose the Local Pickup option at checkout.

Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Delivery generally takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive tracking information (if available) as soon as your order has been shipped.

Local Pickup in Windhoek

You are welcome to pick up your order from our Windhoek location.
Choose the Local Pickup option at checkout — we will notify you when your order is ready.
