Equipment

• 1× Probe care instructions
• 3× Plastic cups
• 1× Bluelab pH Probe Cleaner (30 ml / 1 fl oz)
• 1× Bluelab toothbrush (pH probe cleaning brush)

Solutions (single-use sachets)

• 2× pH 4.0 Calibration Solution (18 ml / 0.6 fl oz each)
• 2× pH 7.0 Calibration Solution (18 ml / 0.6 fl oz each)
• 2× 2.77 EC Conductivity Standard (18 ml / 0.6 fl oz each)
• 2× KCl storage solution sachets (20 ml each)

Care & Calibration Tips

• Hydrate before first use: Soak the pH probe tip in KCl storage solution for 24 hours.
• Keep it wet: Never let the pH glass bulb dry out—store with a few drops of KCl in the cap.
• Rinse between readings: Dip in clean water, then gently blot (don’t rub) to avoid contamination.
• Monthly routine: Clean → Hydrate → Calibrate (pH 7.0, then pH 4.0) every ~30 days or when the CAL mark disappears.
• Handle with care: Don’t touch the glass bulb, avoid thermal shock (hot ↔ cold), and never immerse in oils/protein-rich liquids.
• Use plastic containers for all cleaning and calibration steps.
